PRIMOPIANO Aperitivo&Cucina was born from an idea by Porto Romano, the exclusive marina of Fiumicino; a project that highlights a new concept of aperitivo with its tasty and original Bites@, a lunch and dinner menu featuring “fish that never sleep” and lively cellars. A restaurant with a personality defined by contrasts: elegant & informal, yesterday & today, refined & simple.

Just 5 minutes from Fiumicino airport is a true corner of paradise, surrounded by greenery with a view of white sails running up the river. During the winter we are happy to welcome you to our elegant indoor dining room where natural light overflows from large windows illuminating mosaic floors and vintage galleons; while our fireplace is ready to warm your magical evenings. Spring blossoms on our riverside terrace with its priceless view of the marina and pool area. And finally summer where PRIMOPIANO doubles up with its characteristic riverside kiosk for memorable sunset aperitifs.

Menus born of the sea, with deep roots in Italian culinary tradition and a gaze always open to the world, thanks to the experience of our Chef. Each dish is the result of careful research into raw ingredients, with preference for local products, seasonality, and authenticity.
A wine list that focuses on quality over quantity — we are always searching for and excited to offer our guests products from small, proud, and passionate wineries.
And finally, mixology — which bursts with all its artistry and color during the summer season, when PRIMOPIANO doubles with the opening of its distinctive riverside kiosk.
